I’m Nikola, your go-to photographer in Dundee, Scotland.

I photograph portraits, couples, families and headshots: in a studio when the light and weather need controlling, and on location around the city for lifestyle sessions and capturing the moments.

For years I photographed places rather than people: coastline, hills, nature and its wild animals. It taught me to wait for light instead of fighting it, and that is still how I shoot portraits, waiting for the natural, spontaneous moments instead of planned, stiff poses.
